1 on 1 Coaching

Services are influenced by the same high-performance framework Jonah used in the NFL and with his current professional athletes. Offerings reflect the latest technology and associated methodology typically only found in professional team sports. Structured testing is a key part of most packages to ensure progress. All coaching requires a 3 month initial commitment. Progress after 3 months is guaranteed or a full refund occurs.
